Refund policy

Because our products are perishable food items  we do not accept returns. Once an order has been shipped and delivered, the products cannot be returned or resold for food safety reasons.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery by replying to the order confirmation email and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund at our discretion.

Products that are opened, partially used, improperly stored, or reported after the 6-hour window may not be eligible for compensation.
