Shipping policy
Shipping Process
Once your order is received, SRCC staff will prepare, package, and weigh the requested items. Our team will then coordinate with local freight carriers to determine the most efficient shipping options and associated freight costs.
After shipping arrangements and costs are confirmed, SRCC staff will contact the customer to finalize payment prior to shipment. When available, tracking information and/or airway bill details will be provided to help customers monitor delivery status.
Carrier Delays
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Weather conditions, transportation disruptions, holidays, and high shipping volumes may cause delays beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of carrier delays.
Frozen and Perishable Products
We ship perishable items using insulated packaging and cold packs designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
It is normal for frozen products to arrive slightly thawed or partially defrosted. As long as the product is still cold to the touch, it is generally safe to refrigerate or refreeze according to standard food safety practices.
By placing an order for perishable products, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with shipping frozen food.
Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for packages left unattended by the carrier, delayed pickup from delivery locations, or product spoilage caused by delivery delays after the package has been delivered.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Make sure the street address, apartment or unit number, and ZIP code are correct. Address corrections can only be made before the shipping label is created.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
